At Ocean State Creations, we pride ourselves in having a large number of items on hand, and ready to manufacture.  Most orders can be shipped within a few days.  However, since we make the items ourselves, and often to order, there sometime is a slight delay.  We will let you know if there is any problem or delay in shipping.

Freight charges will be added at time of shipment. Depending on the items ordered and the size of the box required, shipping charges
may vary.

RETURN POLICY

Any missing or damaged items must be reported with 5 business days and will be replaced or you will be credited for the items.

MINIMUM ORDERS AND DISCOUNTS

There is a $50 minimum for all orders.  Discounts are usually sent via email for specials.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The following forms of payment are accepted; US Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  (The shipping name and address must match the name on the Credit Card).  All shipments are sent via USPS.
